Why group edits fail more often than solo ones

Each extra face is another chance for the model to drift, and it usually drifts on the smallest faces first: kids and anyone standing at the edge. Three habits fix most of it. Use the highest-resolution group photo you have. Say the number of people ('all five of us') so nobody gets dropped or invented. And regenerate two or three times, because with groups, the spread between attempts is wide and one of them is usually right.

If one face keeps breaking, crop closer or pick a photo where that person is nearer the camera. The model can only preserve detail it can see.
