AI Content Policy

1. Definitions & Scope

This policy governs the visual content displayed on Free Prompt Base (freepromptbase.com) and its associated social media channels (including but not limited to Instagram, Pinterest, and others), collectively referred to as "the Platform."

2. Nature of Content (Full Disclosure)

You acknowledge and agree that the example visuals displayed across the Platform are AI-generated.

Unless explicitly labeled otherwise, no image on the Platform represents actual physical events, real-world locations, or living persons. The example images are the synthetic output of generative AI models — such as Google Gemini, Imagen, Midjourney, and similar text-to-image systems — produced from the prompts we publish.

3. Editing & Watermark Disclosure

To present prompt capabilities clearly and consistently, example images may be processed as follows:

• Aesthetic modification: images may be cropped, color-graded, upscaled, or cleaned of visual artifacts.
• Removal of visual indicators: we may remove platform-specific overlays or badges (for example, a generator's "sparkle" icon) to give an unobstructed view of the result.
• Non-deceptive intent: any such removal is purely for presentation. It is not intended to hide the AI origin of the content or to misrepresent it as human-made. The context of the Platform — a resource for AI prompts — is itself the governing disclosure of AI origin.
• Preservation of metadata: we do not knowingly alter or strip invisible provenance standards (such as SynthID, C2PA, or IPTC metadata) embedded in a file, so those credentials remain intact.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• Prompt usage: you are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use the text prompts on the Platform for your own personal or commercial generation.
• Image rights: to the extent permitted by applicable law and by the terms of the originating AI tools, the Platform asserts rights over the compilation, curation, and specific presentation of the example images.
• Third-party rights: we make no warranty that generated images are free of third-party intellectual property (for example, accidental likenesses of trademarked characters). You assume all liability for the commercial use of any output you generate using prompts found here.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Because generative AI models are non-deterministic, we do not guarantee that you will be able to reproduce the exact images displayed, even when using identical prompts and settings.
